Organizational Structure

Public Enterprise NP Tara is organized as a single entity with four Deapartments, namely:

-       Department Of Planning, Protection And Development

-       Department for Forestry,

-       Department of General and Legal Affairs,

-       Department of Economic and financial Affairs,

and Inspection Service (Forest Rangers Service). 

Department of planning and protection activities carried out the spatial planning park area, private forest management activities, forest nursery and protection, hunting and fishing activities, presentation and promotion activities. Department is organized through the next services:

-       Service for spatial planning

-       Service planning and development of forests

-       Service for private forest management

-       Service for cultivation and protection of forests

-       Service for protection and improvement of hunting and fishing

-       Service for information, presentation and popularization

Sector employs 52 workers. At the head of the sector is Assistant Director.

Department for Forestry carried out forest use and production of wood assortments. Department is organized through:

-       Work unite "Mitrovac"

-       Work unite "Predov Krst"

-       Work unite "Communal Forests”

-       Work unite “Mechanization”

Sector employs 110 workers and it is managed by Assistant Director.

Department for Economic and financial affairs performs financial and commercial affairs of the Company as a whole. Department is organized through the next services:

-        Service of Financial Operations

-        Commercial Service

Sector employs 22 workers. Sector is managed by Assistant Director.

Department of General and Legal Affairs provides administrative assistance, business correspondence, and other general tasks, as well as all legal affairs for the company as a whole. Sector employs 13 workers, there are no special services, and is headed by Assistant Director. 

Inspection Service is directly subordinate to the Director of the Company and provides Guard and control operations, and maintains internal order. Inspection Service employs 12 workers, and it is managed by chief of service.
